Cash payment is accepted. Request a receipt and retain it with your service records.
Personal and business checks are accepted, subject to the payment terms for the approved work.
Wire transfers are accepted when instructions and transaction details are confirmed directly with our team.
Clear payment information begins with a clear scope of work. A repair visit, diagnostic service, maintenance appointment and equipment replacement estimate are different services. Before approved work begins, ask questions about what is included, what is excluded and when payment is expected.
For a repair, the technician may need to inspect and test the equipment before explaining the cause and available options. For a replacement project, the written proposal should identify the proposed equipment and included installation work. Any project-specific deposit or payment schedule, if applicable, should be documented in the written agreement.
Clarify whether you need diagnosis, repair, maintenance or a replacement estimate.
Review the proposed work, equipment, price and payment timing before authorization.
Retain the written estimate, invoice, receipt, model information and applicable warranty documents.
Any Season Heating & Cooling does not currently offer in-house financing or a third-party financing program. We do not recommend a specific lender or tell customers which financial product to use.
If you independently choose to use a credit card, bank loan or another financial product, review the interest rate, promotional period, fees, payment schedule and all lender terms carefully. Financing decisions and lender agreements are separate from the HVAC service agreement.
Planning a furnace, air-conditioner, heat-pump or complete HVAC replacement? Use the online estimate form to provide the equipment type, property location and project details. A written estimate helps you compare the proposed equipment and installation scope before making a decision.

Yes. You can request an estimate for qualifying furnace, air-conditioner, heat-pump or complete HVAC replacement work. The final written scope should identify the proposed equipment and included work.
No. Diagnosing an active equipment failure requires troubleshooting the system. A replacement estimate compares equipment and installation options. The correct path depends on whether you need repair, replacement planning or both.
The timing and structure of payment may depend on the approved written proposal and project scope. Any project-specific requirements should be reviewed and agreed to in writing before equipment is ordered or work begins.
