My mother-in-law had used Eddie before, so she reached out to him around 10pm that night. He immediately said he could be at our house within the hour but we decided to wait until the morning (with space heaters all over the house) to avoid emergency fees, and he showed up promptly at 9am. As soon as Eddie stepped into the house, he told us to shut off the furnace immediately because he could smell carbon monoxide. While the levels were still very low, he explained it wasn’t safe to continue using it. This was especially concerning because the technician who came out the day before told us we could keep running the furnace but would have to push the faulty switch any time it goes out so it can kick back on. Within five minutes, Eddie clearly explained the issue (cracked heat exchanger), walked us through our options, and was extremely honest the entire time. He didn’t try to upsell us on replacing our entire HVAC system and told us our AC unit was still in great shape—just needed a cleaning, which he took care of. He was able to install a new furnace the same day at a very reasonable price. Eddie is prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for his customers’ safety and best interests. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I just arrived into the United States from a warm country, first thing I found when I get to my rental place that room temperature is very low, I flat… read more very bad and start complaining to my landlords to fix heat for me since I will stay in this place for one month, landlord contact any Season Heating and cooling and Eddie from the HVAC company in Des Plaines called me within 10 minutes and promised he will be at my place in 20 minuets, and he did come in 15 minuets, it was night time, Eddie was very nice and polite person, he made all effort to fix it and it was not safe to operate it, he and landlord decided to replace the heating gas furnace and on next day by 12 noon I back to the place and new furnace was already installed. I didn’t pay or deal with payment with Eddie and he did not mention any details with me but I understand from place owners that it was very affordable and good price, I just want to mention how nice and professional was the interface of Eddie or Any season Heating and Cooling technicians. My house is now nice and cool and my system is working much more efficiently. Adnan was very professional, friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve my issues.
