Really a blessing now knowing there is a caring company nearby.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Any Season Heating & Cooling, especially Eddie! Our furnace had been working overdrive and went out on us on a... read more very cold night,. My mother-in-law had used Eddie before, so she reached out to him around 10pm that night. He immediately said he could be at our house within the hour but we decided to wait until the morning (with space heaters all over the house) to avoid emergency fees, and he showed up promptly at 9am. As soon as Eddie stepped into the house, he told us to shut off the furnace immediately because he could smell carbon monoxide. While the levels were still very low, he explained it wasn’t safe to continue using it. This was especially concerning because the technician who came out the day before told us we could keep running the furnace but would have to push the faulty switch any time it goes out so it can kick back on. Within five minutes, Eddie clearly explained the issue (cracked heat exchanger), walked us through our options, and was extremely honest the entire time. He didn’t try to upsell us on replacing our entire HVAC system and told us our AC unit was still in great shape—just needed a cleaning, which he took care of. He was able to install a new furnace the same day at a very reasonable price. Eddie is prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for his customers’ safety and best interests. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
