He even patiently walk me through its technical intricacies. Another reason why I'd highly recommend Eddie is an experience we faced during last winter. Our heating unit stopped worked during an extreme cold condition. Eddie without any hesitation serviced in the middle of night. But, upon realizing the issue was with the main circuit board - he went back and searched for a compatible board for the very old unit. He then replaced the board and got the heat working. I remember it was around 1AM. That's the level of commitment and dedication Eddie shows & its just great!

Eddy was great. We called him about a concerning odor when our A/C was running. He came out right away to check it out, diagnosed the blower motor was failing... read more and coordinated getting the part and installing the next day quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later an unfortunate situation happened where a rodent got into our AC unit. It was not pretty. I called Eddy to assess for damage. He was amazing, cleared it out, confirmed there was no damage, secured the entry point, and buttoned it all up within an hour, no problems. He will definitely continue to be our go-to call!
